Refund Policy

I have a 30-day money-back refund policy.

The refund policy is only available for 30 days from the date of your payment.

In order to get your full refund and your membership cancelled use the contact me page. You do not need to state a reason, although it would be beneficial for me so I could improve the product in future.

Any refunds will not affect your statutory rights and your right to use this refund policy if you were to sign up in the future. (Unless it is within 3 months)

I guarantee access for a minimum of 12 months from your date of purchase. If you have purchased a one-off lifetime membership and I have the intention of providing it indefinitely nothing is permanent. If you do not have access for 12 months due to something in my control you will be able to request a partial or full refund. It will be dealt with on a case-by-case basis.

If you have purchased a monthly membership, only the first payment will be refundable whether that is a monthly, or yearly.

I want you to be happy with what you purchase if you are not happy in any way please contact me and it will be sorted to your satisfaction.

I reserve the right to change the product, update or cancel as long as it does not affect the Terms and Conditions, Privacy Policy and this Refund Policy.

This Refund Policy should be read in line with the Terms and Conditions and the Privacy Policy.
